Product knowledge is essential to your success as a distributor sales representative. Your customers rely on you to help them identify the best product choices, know the range of available options, and point out advantages and disadvantages of each.

The objective of this course and other introductory-level products courses in the AMS Sales Training Program is to familiarize you with the most commonly used medical products.
