Bruce Merrifield is a distribution strategist and turn-around expert
for wholesale distribution companies. Bruce started his consulting
practice helping independent distribution channels to grow sales since
1980. After buying distributor Clark Security Products in 1983, he
raised $7 million in sales for the company. Before his own practice,
Bruce worked for a growth-by-acquisition chain of distribution
companies, led turnarounds for four acquisitions, and served as the
chief operating officer during his last two years. He earned his
Bachelor’s degree at Princeton University and MBA at Harvard Business
School.
